Here are a few ways you can use the virtual playing cards: Teach probability by determining how likely any given card may show up. Or, challenge your students to determine the likelihood of a hearts, spades, clubs, or diamonds card appearing. Assign quantities to face cards. (10 for Jacks, 11 for Queens, etc.) Then, choose 2 or more cards and use them to create an addition or subtraction problem. Choose 2 or more cards and ask students to create a word problem with the quantities that appear on the cards.
