How to Play Breeze

Wind is a gentle counting game. Click the wind clouds to swing the caterpillar, catch the falling leaves, then count them.

What is Breeze?

Leaves drift down from the tree. Clicking the wind clouds makes the caterpillar swing to catch them. Each leaf it catches drops into a 5-frame at the bottom of the screen. When the round ends you choose the number that matches the leaves in the frame.

How to play Breeze

Click or tap the wind clouds to move the caterpillar.

Step by step

1. Watch where the leaves are falling.
2. Click a wind cloud to swing the caterpillar toward a leaf.
3. Catch as many leaves as you can.
4. Look at the 5-frame to see how many you caught.
5. Choose the matching number.

Strategy tips to play better

• Click early; the caterpillar takes a moment to swing.
• Use the 5-frame: a full frame is 5, so count the empty boxes if that is easier.
• Point at each leaf while counting.

For parents and teachers

Made for preschoolers and kindergartners. The 5-frame is the same tool many classrooms use, so this builds on what kids see at school.
