How to play Hoop Game
Are you ready to shoot some hoops? In this online math game, practice your multiplication skills while playing basketball. It’s fun and educational!
How does it work?
Simply click and drag from the basketball to make your shot. Try to angle the arrow so that you can make a basket. You get five shots per level. After each level, you’ll see a multiplication problem that multiplies the number of shots you made by the point value per shot. If you answer correctly, you’ll move on to the next level. Incorrect answers mean you’ll have to play the level again.
When you move on to the new level, the points you earned will be added to your score on the bottom right-hand side of the screen. With each level, the basketball player moves further from the basket and each basket is worth more points.
How many points can you earn in five levels?
Basketball is a great game for Users who are just starting to work on their multiplication facts. The online multiplication game only includes multiplication problems with multiplicands and multipliers up to 5. That gives students the chance to become comfortable and confident with multiplying. Have Users play in pairs or on their own. You can even provide students with counters to help them work out each problem. Most importantly, it’s a fun way to practice multiplying!
